Yolanda Robles, President

Ms Robles has over 20 years experience in the field of training, computer learning solutions and technical education. She has been recognized for her work in solution development and client service. Most recently, Ms Robles focused her attention on interactive e-learning for product education in the medical device and biotech industries. She has helped to educate surgeons, nurses, support staff and patients on the use of new products.

Ms Robles considers one of her greatest achievement the development of a Welfare-to-Work initiative with local government agencies that helped transition her clients from dependency to self-sufficiency. Through this program, Barrier Buster, welfare recipients were able to develop proficiency in Microsoft Office products and find skilled employment.

Ms Robles and her family emigrated from the Dominican Republic to the U.S. when she was a small child. She quickly assimilated into the local community and culture and served as a cultural broker and interpreter for her family. These personal experiences and her professional experiences in education and training formed the foundation for CulturaLink.

In addition to directing the vision and development of CulturaLink, Ms Robles is responsible for the cultural competence and linguistic services they provide.
