Every member of the CulturaLink team actively seeks opportunities to find emerging practices and new insights to develop new frameworks and tools to assure our clients’ success.

Sharing and looking for successful experiences is a cornerstone of CulturaLink’s mission.

We share the insights, strategies, and tools we develop with health care organizations and diverse community organizations to improve their process of addressing cultural differences.

Our activities in this area include:

• Working closely with recognized health care organizations such as the American Hospital Association’s Institute for Diversity in Health Management, sharing best practices and looking for emerging and promising tools.
• Sharing our knowledge through speaking engagements in different conferences and workshops: Diversity in Practice Conference (Indianapolis, IN); HFAM's 59th Annual Conference (Ocean City, Maryland); AHCA-NCAL-MECF 58th annual Convention (Boston, MA); SHRM- Michiana Chapter Annual Conference (South Bend, IN); Press Ganey Annual Conference (Orlando, FL) ; etc.
• Join Advisory Groups such as The Joint Commission’s Long Term Care/Assisted Living Advisory Council.
