Maria Rivera, Cultural Services Coordinator
Ms Rivera has over 10 years of experience in human resources, recruiting and staffing, and customer service. She spent several years as a supervisor with a nationally-recognized staffing company where her duties included screening, hiring and performance management.
Ms Rivera‘s personal experiences with cultural diversity in the U.S. combined with her professional background ignited her interest in cultural competence and CulturaLink. She is responsible for implementing and monitoring cultural services in place for CulturaLink’s clients.
