Cultural Competence Training
This training program is designed to provide staff with an introduction to cultural competence and how it can be implemented into the workplace. The goal is being cognizant, observant, and conscious of similarities and differences among cultural groups internally and externally. Class is designed to help participants understand the needs and emotions of their own culture and the culture of others. In terms of customers this course can help your organization to develop a better understanding of how a customer’s unique family, spiritual and physical environments contribute to their view of your organization.
