With the results of the cultural assessment in hand, CulturaLink works with Executive level leadership or Diversity Committee members to develop comprehensive operational/marketing plans to enhance and/or maintain optimal levels of multicultural competence within the client’s organization.

Subsequent program implementation may require a change in the organization's systems, processes, structure, staffing, budgeting, and management style. CulturaLink partners with clients to implement recommendations to ensure a smooth transition to cultural competency.
